  • Provide senior administration of all back office operations for 30-unit luxury condo development in Palm Beach, Florida - responsible for all financial reporting & administration services
  • Financial services include:
    • Cash flow projections, pre-development budget, accounts payable/receivable, monthly/quarterly financial statements, shareholder statements, debt/equity capital requisitions, vendor 1099’s and shareholder K1’s for client
  • Lender reporting include:
    • Monthly bank reconciliation, quarterly financial reporting, pre-development replacement reserve draws
    • Business plan for succeeding year including marketing plan with existing market conditions
  • Advisory roll throughout pre-development, lending process and construction
  • Negotiate all insurance policies including builders risk, general liability, workers compensation, property liability, condo construction liability and excess liability
  • Successful in extending terms and reducing commissions and premiums
